A great full-body experience for newcomers and seasoned Pilates enthusiasts. You'll mostly be on the reformers, with props, mat work, and maybe even some Wunda Chair sprinkled in for fun. We'll work on strength, stretch, balance, mobility, and coordination through the classical Pilates principles, contemporary movement science, and the intuition and creativity of our own bodies. (Max 6 students). Class time: 50 minutes moving + 5 minutes cleanup.
